THE old ELO song came to mind as we strolled along the sea shore of Loch Long, stepping over shells and seaweed exposed by the outgoing tide. It was only a few minutes’ walk from our stop-off on the Cowal peninsula.

I’m just back from a Scottish sojourn and sorting through the many photos I took while exploring the spectacular scenery of Argyll & Bute – so thought I’d share a few with you this week.
