AUTHOR and TV presenter Tom Parker Bowles has joined P&O Cruises’ line-up of food heroes – for a special sailing with wine guru Olly Smith.
Food critic Parker Bowles is the son of Queen Camilla and her ex, Andrew Parker Bowles, and as such his stepfather is King Charles III.

He has carved out a reputation as a renowned critic, writer and broadcaster, and is also one of the regular experts on TV’s Masterchef and Masterchef: The Professionals.
Parker Bowles will be joining guests on board Arvia, sailing from Southampton on May 12, 2024 for a 14-night Mediterranean cruise.

Teaming up with wine expert Olly Smith – one of P&O Cruises’ Food Heroes – guests will have the chance to engage with two of the industry’s most respected voices in food and wine.
The duo will host an exclusive dinner experience in The Glass House onboard bistro featuring wine pairings curated by Smith, as well as an intimate Q&A session to explore their expertise.

Both will also be immersing themselves in the local delicacies of the Mediterranean ports of call.
“I’m thrilled to have Tom Parker Bowles join me as a passionate and knowledgeable sidekick for this Food Heroes cruise,” says Olly.

“I can’t wait for him to experience The Glass House and indulge in the extraordinary dishes and wines we have on the menu.”
Other Food Heroes currently across a range of cruises include Marco Pierre White, Jose Pizarro, Shivi Ramoutar and Kjartan Skjelde.

The cruise is numbered K410 in the latest online itinerary update. For more information call P&O Cruises on 03453 555 111, see www.pocruises.com or ask a travel agent.
