WE’VE only just put the tinsel and party poppers back in the loft. It feels like the Christmas and New Year celebrations have finally wound down – but tickets for Edinburgh’s 2024 Hogmanay hurrah are about to go on sale, almost a YEAR before the event.
After the recent sell-out 30th anniversary celebrations, organisers have today announced a limited release of Early Bird tickets for this year’s Tuesday December 31 Scottish street party.

They’ll go on sale from this coming Wednesday, January 31.
Edinburgh’s Hogmanay, produced by Unique Assembly for the City of Edinburgh Council, will run from Sunday December 29, 2024 through to New Year’s Day 2025. Early Bird tickets will be pegged at last year’s prices of £28.50, with a further £5 discount for those living locally in the EH Postcode area.

More than 100,000 people joined the celebrations last month, with four days of events including the street party, a concert headlined by Britpop veterans Pulp, and the iconic ‘Midnight Moment’ from the castle.
The limited Early Bird street party tickets will go on sale on Wednesday January 31 from the official Edinburgh’s Hogmanay website where you can also sign up for newsletter updates on future ticket releases and events being planned.
